Young Investigator Awards 2010

Dear Members:

Like previous years, this year again the AAISCR would like to recognize the young investigators for their contributions in cancer research. To make this activity more rewarding and successful it is my appeal to all the mentors to encourage their students and postdoctoral trainees to submit a copy of their abstract that has been accepted for presentation at the AACR-2010 annual meeting.

The abstract should contain the following information:

Abstract(s) along with requested information should be forwarded to Dr. Rajeshwar Rao Tekmal (Chairman, Awards Committee) via email at (tekmal@uthscsa.edu) .

Abstract must be received by March 15, 2010..

*There are 2 award categories (1) Graduate Student and (2) Postdoctoral Fellow. These awards will be presented at the 17th annual AAISCR Meeting to be held in Washington, DC in conjunction with the AACR annual meeting. Detailed schedule and the program will be posted on our web site (www.aaiscr.org) in April 2010 and will be emailed to you. So please stay tuned.
